1. ON Semiconductor sold two fabs. The company' s third-quarter revenue reached a record $2.193 billion, exceeding market expectations and a year-on-year increase of 26%; net profit attributable to the company was $311.9 million.


2. The revenue of ON Semiconductor' s Power Solutions Division (PSG) was US$1.161 billion, a year-on-year increaseof 25%; the revenue of the Advanced Solutions Division (ASG) was US$734 million, a year-on-year increase of 20%; the revenue of the Intelligent Sensing Division (ISG) was 342 million USD, an increase of 45% year-on-year.
